Distance Contract

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   
   1.1. This is a distance contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding document that governs the relationship between the SELLER – LLC “SpeedUp” (ref. No. 40203263375, having its registered office in Latvia, Rīga, Virbu iela 3, LV-1067), and the CONSUMER, who is the electronic gift card for the purchase of the SELLER’s website www.driftahalle.lv.
   
   1.2. By purchasing an electronic gift card, the CONSUMER confirms that he / she has read and agrees to this Agreement.
   
   
2.   PURCHASE OF GIFT CARDS 
   
   2.1. The electronic gift card offer for the purchase of the SELLER’s website, pointing in the desired amount and the recipient’s e-mail address.
   
   2.2. After the payment of the gift card will be sent to the e-mail address in PDF-format.
   
   
3. PAYMENT PROCEDURE
   
   3.1. The CONSUMER has the opportunity to make payment for the goods, when you use the internet veiklā laid the payment of the tools, or the payment of the SELLER’s prepared and on to the CONSUMER via e-mail, sent to the order corresponding to the invoice. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
   
   
4. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   
   4.1. According to the Latvian Consumer rights protection law, the CONSUMER shall have the right to withdraw from your purchase in 14 days after the date of the gift card the date of receipt, if the gift card is not in use.
   
   4.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the CONSUMER must send to the SELLER a written notice to the e-mail info@driftahalle.lv.
   
   4.3. The money for the return of the gift card will be refunded to the CONSUMER in a specified bank account within 14 days.
   
   
5. GIFT CARD-TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   
   5.1. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   
   5.2. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash and is not used for part of the value of the delivery.
   
   
6. DATA PROCESSING:
   
   6.1. By entering the required information, placing an order, the CONSUMER confirms that he / she has read and agrees to the fact that his data provided by you are used to, in order, the SELLER may accept the CONSUMER’s order, and take delivery of the goods, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. When entering the information, the CONSUMER hereby agrees that to the specified e-mail will be sent out the notices, which are linked to the customer’s order process.
   
   6.2. If a CONSUMER HAS agreed to receive marketing communications, including newsletters, the SELLER will be contacted by the CONSUMER, by sending the information to the SELLER of the services and the latest offers. To this end, the SELLER may be processed for the CONSUMER’s e-mail address which is indicated when signing up for marketing communications. The CONSUMER has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying the VENDOR in writing to info@driftahalle.lv
   
   
7. The settlement of DISPUTES
   
   7.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the CONSUMER and the SELLER shall undertake to follow the Republic of Latvia, in force of existing laws and regulations.
   
   7.2. Party all between the SELLER and the CONSUMER, the dispute arose addressing the savstaprēju conversation, or a conversation on the way. In the event of failure to solve the discussions or correspondence, the Parties to the dispute to address in Latvia, the Republic of the court, in the republic of LATVIA normative acts. Disputes between a CONSUMER and a SELLER you can pass the address of the Consumer rights protection center, or in the courts of the Republic.
   
   7.3. The CONSUMER has a right to apply to the European Union’s dispute-settlement bodies.

 

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
   
   8.1. The SELLER reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions by publishing the updated version on the website.
   
   8.2. The agreement shall enter into force at the moment when the CONSUMER is making a purchase.
